Freestanding letters
Freestanding letters are made in such a way that the front side, which is usually made of Plexiglas in wished-for colour, is cut on CNC machine. Lateral sides can be made of corrosion-resistant or aluminium-sheet, which is being bent exactly according to the shape of the letter. If the lateral side is made out of aluminium-sheet, it is possible to plasticize it into the wished-for colour. Back sides can be made of non-combustible material "Forex" or out of aluminium-sheet. Lighting that is being installed into the freestanding letters can be made out of neon tubes or LED diodes, with accessory power transformers and pre-joining devices. Neon is bent according the shape of a letter by a special glassblowing technique, and LED diodes are placed in a way that the letter is illuminated evenly. LED diodes are a novelty in advertisements’ production; they are energy conserving, long lasting, and maintenance is much simpler and cheaper.
